Bus Handicap Certificate

First, The Bus Handicap Certificate is in your Packet you received when you arrived. Get it, complete the form, and have Kokopelli Management Sign. You would then take this certificate to one of the Valley Metro Reduced Fare ID Outlets to get a Photo ID Card. The cost of the ID Card is $2.50. This allows you to use a 1/2 Price Bus Pass. Please note, The most friendly Outlet has been the Granite Reef Facility. The Tempe Facility gives us a hard time for some reason.

The following are Certificates we set up for each Facility. These are normally used when you need to renew your Bus ID Card. Select your Facility, print the Certificate, and have signed by Kokopelli Management.
